(December 31, 2019, 10:12 am)Yes the wait times are very long, but only because Dr. Kay is a popular doctor and his proximity to the hospital means a lot of walk-ins. The staff is friendly and helpful, if overworked, and the doctor's face time is extraordinarily lengthy. And his English is excellent. Probably the best Primary Care Physician around.
