I've been a longtime member because they've always treated us so well! They've always provided us the lowest rates possible. We've financed all our vehicles and homes through them and will continue to do so!

Very competitive auto loan rates and low closing fees on mortgages. They still offer a no-fee checking account when most others do not. Having been a longtime member, I've experienced some ups and downs. Not the quickest or most accurate customer service by phone or online chat, but people at the local branch have always been awesome.

Brenda, you are the reason I am still with GTE. I am disappointed at what the “financial institution” has become. But the way you treated me was awesome. All I needed was to believe that someone there cared and you showed me that you did. Thanks so much!
