Dade City Office Plaza

One of the best places I have ever had the privilege to call home. They were a blessing for me and my startup business.

Easy to find off Hwy 301 at a light. Popular place for a business to rent an office. Lots of parking spaces & 24 hr security with cameras & guard. A couple minutes north of Downtown Dade City which has restaurants, antique shops etc. Not far from Tampa, Wesley Chapel, Lakeland, Brooksville etc.

It's a great place to go to find work at Career Central, but you have to call first because of COVID-19. Also, you can register on employflorida.com to find work.

This is a convenient location along the hwy. I find it to be a nice place to attend meetings and such. The atmosphere is pleasant not overly decorative. The bathrooms are clean and well supplied with soap and paper products. I found it plenty cool enough for me on hot days and plenty warm enough on cool days. I enjoy the time I spend here. 🙂

Due to a job change and being that I live in a rural area with only satellite internet, I needed to find a reasonable priced office space. I found it here. It is the perfect size and has lightning fast internet service avaliable through Spectrum. I couldn't be happier! Great people to work with and very friendly atmosphere. Clean and 24 hr security.
