I took my older jeep in for a new transmission, and they did a great job. Several parts were back ordered and Russell did a great job communicating. Fair prices and great work!

I had an issue with alignment that needed more attention than normal. Russell checked with me first and gave me a thorough explanation of the issue before starting anything. They even offered to make adjustments next week free of charge. It nice to feel you can trust them.

We are traveling in our Ford Transit 350 RV and had fuel issues this morning and on the side of the road. Called several places with leave a message and no call back or too busy to assist. I finely found Russell Automotive. Spoke to Chrissy who was very pleasant and got me to Steve in service. They set us up for towing with Barrett’s Towing and Tim came to our rescue. Once on site, Steve and his team worked on our RV and were able to get us back on the road in less than 5 hours. We honestly expected to be here a couple of days especially with how busy they were but they really went above and beyond to get us fixed. They were kind, courteous, and professional not to mention they loved on my three dogs. I can’t thank them enough for all they did. I highly recommend them.
