I love our counter worker at post office in Hilliard. Clerk #4. He is knowledgeable, helpful and fast. He isn't warm and fuzzy, but he knows his stuff and is personable.

Unbelievably welcoming, knowledgeable and efficient. Refreshing for a banking experience these days. Definitely 5 stars to Cici the manager and her staff !

Unbelievably great service, Cece, the Branch manager, is a rock star! I was buying a vehicle from a person out of state and Cece handled my loan and all the paperwork I would need to register the vehicle at DMV. She also sent the necessary paperwork to the seller of the vehicle. Cece went above and beyond the call of duty...Thank you Cece!

Very pleasant experience. Vanessa is the best branch manager so far I have ever met at this particular location. I see a lot of improvement in this branch when it comes to customer service, keep up the good work.
