Egan's Creek Park

Lovely community park with parking, a looping sidewalk, a playground, benches, restrooms, workout equipment, and two docks.

Great for Kids to play on the playground, or take them fishing or just having fun with a crab string and net can fill up a great afternoon. The lush marsh beauty is beautiful.

This is a wonderful place to see wildlife, and very convenient from town or the beach. I understand a few people have become successful commercial photographers using pictures from this place! I agree with another reviewer that the signs could be improved a little, but the brochure published by the city is very useful. I was in too much of a hurry to get out there when I had my wife drop me off at the park on Atlantic Avenue. The true trail was only a short walk down the street. If I lived here, I would probably lug my camera from end to end every week!

This is a pretty nice local park with a great outdoor gym! I was visiting my mom and would come here every morning for a week to work out. Even though I didn’t use the outdoor workout equipment (I brought and used my own resistance bands) I saw a few people who did come and use them.

It’s located right on the creek which adds a nice relaxing vibe. There are public restrooms which I found to be one of the nicest public park restrooms I’ve seen.

This was a very nice park. We show several deer and watched the sunset. The history here is amazing and very interesting. The hiking trails are great also. Good to ride a bike thru, however, beware of the speeding cars going to the campground if you are biking.
