Island Flow Yoga

Italy with Lauren was one of the most MAGICAL experiences I've had in my life! I'm a yoga BEGINNER and she made it a wonderful fulfilling experience! I WILL attend another retreat when I can with her! Love you lady!

Lauren leads a class on the weekend that is full of deep stretching, breath work and overall yumminess. She is such an intuitive and beautiful soul. I love starting my days with her.

My mother and I joined Lauren on her yoga retreat to Lefkada, Greece and we had the most incredible time. Lauren orchestrated the whole trip perfectly. The villas we stayed in were beautiful and comfortable. The meals from the chef were delicious every time. The morning yoga classes were strong and restorative and definitely a huge highlight of my trip. Lauren also organized some great activities and locations to visit on Lefkada island. This was also my moms second retreat with her. We are now so excited every year to see where the next destinations will be and can’t wait to join Lauren again.

Lauren is first of all an incredible gentle and loving soul, she take care of her guests and colleague with lots of love, she things about every details and is always an inspiration for the people around her. A truly amazing, professional and beautiful yoga instructor and person I am honoured to be have found Lauren.
