(February 23, 2021, 9:37 am)The app and online portal is great for quickly finding warranty info and parts availability. Also easy to place the order for immediate pick up. If there is ever any delays in parts or items needed in a quicker time frame Kiera always comes through for us and is very professional. I will be the first to admit that this branch has had its share of struggles in the past but since management has changed I have seen a shift in improved customer service and certainly a more hands on approach. Plus wait times have improved.
