Fitness Quest is a great place. The entire staff is very warm and welcoming. Brain, Charlie, and the young lady that was working with Brian, I am sorry I forgot her name, they did an awesome job for my knee. I would recommend this place to Everyone.

They gave me a lot of personal attention in figuring out a custom set of exercises to address my unique needs.

I came in for rehab of a surgically repaired Quad tendon tear of my right knee. My first day I came in using a walker, my leg had been in an immobilizer brace for 6 weeks and I had very limited range of motion with a maximum 55 degree bend of the knee. Brain and Charlie are great at what they do. They really cared about my recovery and how I was progressing. Did rehab hurt?? I'd be lying if I said no but as the saying goes... no pain, no gain. As therapy went on... I graduated from the walker to a cane and finally no help at all. On my last day I walked out with a 127 degree bend of the knee. It is a process so be patient. Bottom Line.... Fitness Quest in Ellenton gets two thumbs up!!

Personalized treatment. The therapist or TPA actually work with you each session, they don't just throw you on a machine and show you a few exercises. Brian took his time during my consultation to thoroughly explain the process, goals and the precise movement of my joint inside my body so that I could achieve a great outcome. I highly recommend them!
