My wife and I had the fortunate experience of working with Patrick Beedie of Beedie Realty. We were looking for a residence in or near Sarasota.

In 2023 Patrick was showing a condo for the current owner just North of University Parkway. We got word the unit was just going on the market and were fortunate enough to schedule the first walkthrough.

Patrick was very polite and friendly during our tour. Afterwards my wife and I met outside to share our thoughts on the unit and its location. We told Patrick we wanted to buy the condo and would pay the asking price. Both the owner and Patrick agreed.

As we waited for the scheduled closing date, Patrick answered all our questions immediately or in very short order and in a honest and fair manner for both parties. He was very helpful. We never had any disagreements. For this reason, my wife and I never felt the need to have a different agent in the buying process. I recommend Patrick Beedie to all future buyers and sellers.

I first posted a review here 2 years ago (see below) when Beedie Realty helped us sell our home. The experience was so positive that we decided to work with them again to list our house this year and to buy our next one. Everything went so smoothly even though the two transactions were more challenging as we had to time it right to do the closings back to back (close on the sale in the morning and close on the purchase that afternoon). We were impressed again on the expertise and patience. Not only did they find us the right buyer, but Beedie Realty also helped us get the best deal with the new construction home we bought.

Patrick and Michelle Beedie are the best realtors I have ever seen in my life!
