Creekside Ranch Apartments

We have lived here for over a year and it's one of the most peaceful living spaces I've lived in. Although some of the fees are too high in my opinion and there have been issues with communication, I still give the complex 5 stars. Nothing is perfect, but I've noticed recently there has been a lot of effort to improve. This is a paradise compared to so many uncaring complexes in Florida. My favorite part is definitely the dog park.

What I like About Creekside Ranch Apartments. Is that they take well care of residents. They are always thinking of their residents. Which is way cool!

Cool place they have great amenities like an indoor basketball court weight room and life size chess game.

Moved here from another city & Arel was a big help of keeping me updated and walking me through the process. I also admire that fact that once you get approved they send an email with the utilities, internet & cable options. With moving hours to a new city & unknown to the type of services this city offer; the welcome home email is a huge help. Going on two months that I’ve been here & I love my place, the community & the amenities offered. The gym especially is my favorite as it has up to date machines in which many communities do not have.
Over all wonderful experience so far.
