Hy experience with Dr Michael Austen, was passively a good encounter. He was professional in every way, he was UpToDate with my medical condition and prescribed a prescription to correct the problem that he was concern with and made an appointment for me to see the results in the near future.

Finally a thorough provider who listens and exams a patient instead of just prescribing medication. My husband has had chronic tonsillitis & sore throat, every PCP he has seen has given him antibiotic after antibiotic. We finally got in and saw Dr. Austen who did recommend no antibiotics but instead a referral to ENT specialist. It turns out my husband needs his tonsils out! Thank you to Dr. Austen who finally helped us solve a case instead of running us around. Dr. Austen is a fresh of breath air in the practice, very thorough, great staff that works as a team, great bedside manner, and professional! We will be back!
