I am totally hooked on this place! The protein shakes are so delicious AND healthy. Amber is so sweet and welcoming every time I come in and I love the overall atmosphere. 10/10 recommend!

Just got the strawberry chocolate shake with peppermint pieces mixed in and its so yummy! Also picked up the mocha peppermint protein bites and took a bite just to try and now I have to stop myself from eating all of them. It’s also really cheap in my opinion and I know I’m not going to regret this decision later like I would if I were to get any other quick meals. Met the owner Amber and shes super sweet and her store is so fricken cute! Will definitely be back.

Amazing owner who makes delicious, nutritious shakes and teas! The atmosphere is very relaxed and welcoming. If i lived closer, we would go all the time! My picky 11 year old son even loves the protein shakes. There are many flavor options.

Beyond happy for this amazing location for manatee ave, shakes, teas, protein coffee amazing delicious taste. Absolutely great service! Great drink mixes to go for beach times too.
