Beautiful studio with an incredible instructor. You will not regret your decision to join Tracy on the Pilates Reformer, she knows what she’s doing and the classes are always a challenge.

The owner & instructor Tracy makes me want to go to class! She offers the reformer which is my favorite of any work-out I've ever done! She can make a 5:40 a.m. class fun. I can't speak highly enough of this studio & the owner, only to say, I live in Sarasota and make the drive 3 times a week for how she makes me feel after each class.

Sol Studio is a special place.. it has state of the art reformers and it has a calming yet powerful vibe.. Tracy is a great teacher with many years of experience in physical training. No matter what “shape” you are in Tracy will guide you and make working out a pleasure.. I always feel rejuvenated after a class and feel like I can take on anything..

Tracy is an excellent teacher. She offers Pilates, my favorite, yoga, barre, much more and private sessions. Highly recommend!
