My experience with him has been better than my experiences with BMW as well as Mercedes. This is our third Genesis. In the past we have had 7 BMWs and 2 MBS. We will continue to buy Genesis Vehicles.
(February 14, 2020, 1:36 pm)I continue to be pleased with the customer service. I leased a car 3 years ago and had a great salesman - David Sullivan, who has since been promoted. This time I worked with Brandon Layton, and he was just as non-pressuring as David. In addition, the service department over the years has been very customer-focused. I really appreciate this organization.
