F45 Training Sarasota UTC

What an awesome training session. I’ve been going to regular gyms for years, never thought going to “classes” was necessary. I went to one class with coach Daniel and I was blown away. Super high energy, well-versed trainer, who truly looks at every individual as they’re working through the circuits to make sure that they’re doing it correctly. Really cool experience overall, and I can see why this business has grown so quickly. Signed up after one class. 5 stars!!

The best F45 gym in Florida! I’ve been going here for over a year now, and the coaches are fantastic. The studio is even located in Sarasota’s downtown, making it very easy for me to do my workout and hop over to a coffee shop to start working (perks of being remote). Highly recommend this gym to anyone in the Sarasota area.

F45 UTC has the best instructors! These classes were exactly what I was looking for and I love they have early morning classes so I can get my workout in before the work day.

F45 is an amazing place to workout! The coaches make sure that you are comfortable but also help you push yourself to be better. I am new to working out and I can honestly say I have never felt better thanks to these guys!
