(August 2, 2021, 8:47 am)Such a welcoming crew here. Coaches and patrons feel like a family. Coaches are fantastic… energetic, supportive, knowledgeable and meet everyone at their level of fitness, then push us all beyond! Such a great gym. Can’t say enough good things.

(June 1, 2020, 9:42 pm)My boyfriend and I joined this box a few weeks before the pandemic hit and enjoyed it very much! We just moved here from central Florida and we did CrossFit there as well! All of the coaches are very welcoming and helpful throughout the entire class! They are encouraging and always want you to succeed and do the best you can and are open to answering any questions you may have! Definitely join if you’re on the fence! You won’t regret it!
