Shawn was friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. He quickly completed the work and asked if I needed anything else. I would definitely use Richard's again for other plumbing needs.
Also, When an earlier opening was available, the office called to see if I was available for an earlier appointment. It worked out beautifully for me. Thank you, Richards!

I love Richard's pluming and have y them in the past. I was delighted that my contractor uses them. Greg did a fantastic job getting my new shower ready for tile. Greg was professional and kind and best of all did a great job installing the new plumbing and shower floor. Thank you!

Can’t say enough positive things about Richards plumbing. On time every time. Everyone working there have great personalities. Had Shawn out today and he was thorough but quick. We bought an older house and with that has older issues and updating needed. They have been fair and working with us to update as needed. Glad we found Richards and would happily recommend them to anyone in the area.

Just wanted to share my positive experience.

Despite heavy rain, close lightning, and the muddy experience of working under my home, TJ and Paul were upbeat, pleasant, friendly, and took extra steps to be very respectful of the home and property, even going above and beyond several times during their visit.

I am unfortunately unable to recall the name of the gentleman who changed the galvanized nipples on the prior visit, but he too was very easy to work with and respectful of the home.

Finally, I just want to say that Craig has been great. It really meant a lot to allow an approach to my issue piece by piece as I could afford it, and I’m happy to report the issue is now fixed.

I’ve always had a good experience working with Paul Sr. and it’s nice to know that the rest of the company is of the same mold.

I used Richards because they were well recommended both online and from long time locals. They replaced a busted hot water heater for me. Both Beth in the office and Jeff who did the install were great to deal with. I am planning to use them again for other projects and strongly recommend them.
