  Chris has done two roofs for me in the past 5 years. Very reliable and fair as far as quotes go. He does great work and he even came out himself once, after a storm had blown some shingles off, and fixed everything. I have no complaints.

  I have been using CZR for over 12 yrs exclusively in both my professional and personal business. I have experienced other roofing companies that say and never do as promised. Chris and his company are NOT like that. He is so honest and trustworthy, has competitive pricing, highly professional as well as his crew. I have had him install a new
  roof many times on many rentals as well as my personal home and have recommended him to countless neighbors, all of whom have been as pleased as I have been. He does not push or recommend anything not necessary and gets the job done in a timely manner. I've had him check on rental homes to see if I needed a new roof. He could have told me yes, you do but never has, always truthfully recommending wait or not. In these times, so refreshing to be able to really trust someone. I HIGHLY recommend CZR. He really does aim to please and stands behind his work. I would never use anyone else because he has proved himself many times over.

  As a business owner who strives on professionalism, and 110% customer satisfaction, I was referred to CZR Roofing by a local Realtor, and Chris' response was timely and in a time when roofers have more work than they can handle, CZR was able to provide me with an immediate and reasonable quote. I had no reservation about hiring him to put on a new roof at my residence. Chris was not someone who pushed me to purchase a more expensive shingle or metal roof, but let me decide on just the right shingle to compliment my home. The crew was professional and made sure that none of my neighbors experienced any after-hours hammering, or nails in their car tires after the job was completed. Permits and Inspections were outstanding, so I would highly recommend CZR Roofing for your future roofing needs.

  CZR did an outstanding job for me. Shingle roof totally replaced in less than a day and a half. Crew was very efficient and left no debris. I did not find a single nail in the yard. Communication with Chris was good via email. Permitting process was fast and the only real delay in the project was waiting for a day it would not rain so the old roof could get torn off. Pricing was fair and in line with other estimates. Another owner in my area also recommened CZR after having thier roof done. Best part of dealing with CZR is they did not want any money up front. We have all heard those contractor horror stories. In fact, payment was never asked for or expected unti final inspection was done. In my case that was almost a week after the project was completed. Great service, product and integrity. I will use CZR Roofing for any future needs. Thank you..
