FIS Outdoor

We have been a customer of FIS for years. The quality of customer service, available parts, and quality of equipment is superior than anywhere else.

Recently, we visited to pick up some irrigation parts needed by one of our family members. Our family member had recently suffered from a medical condition rendering them unable to speak fluently and pick out the parts they needed. Chance went above and beyond to make sure we got the correct parts we needed to complete our task. Including, carefully walking our family member back to a safe area and letting them pick out the parts they needed without the hassle of trying to communicate. THAT is true customer service and we cannot thank him enough.
