(July 19, 2019, 3:42 pm)The main office sent the repair techs the same day. Rich and his partner accessed what the problem was with our mini split AC unit and made the repair under warranty. They took the time to listen and answer all my questions. Very pleasant and professional.
(June 18, 2019, 2:51 pm)Meant to write this review a few weeks ago, but been busy. Your service tech Chad worked on my mom's house. He was on time, courteous and helpful. He clearly knew what he was doing. My mom likes to ask questions and he did not mind explaining things to her in terms she could understand. I felt that mom was in good hands. Thanks.
