We just received our new fridge from Abt in Glenview IL. I admit, after reading a few reviews I was a bit concerned. The men delivering our fridge were great. Polite and they did a great job of handling and getting it into the house. They arrived on time and communications were top notch. The fridge came via Air Freight from Chicago to Tampa then by box truck to Sebring. Thanks TPA!

I was a bit worried based off of Pilot Freight's general reviews, but the experience I had today was extremely pleasant and efficient. The desk was delivered within the timeframe and on the initial date. When I called to check, as I had gotten a bit worried based off of what I was reading, both interactions I had were pleasant, quick, and informative! No more than 10 mins after hanging up, my delivery was here!

Jesus and his helper Noel did an amazing job. They went above and beyond to make sure that I was 110% satisfied. They (Pilot-TPA Cargo) delivered my TV 4 days early. In which doesn't get any better than that.

Before leaving a negative review, please speak with Jesus. I'm sure that he will do the impossible to make sure his clients are satisfied .
