I stopped in to get all the supplies for a last minute birthday and retirement party. They saved me! The young lady walked me to each section making recommendations and ensuring I did not forget anything! Small details like making sure I had the right length for my balloons (I didn’t even know there were variation 🤷‍♀️) I will make this store my FIRST stop for all future needs! Thank you!

I was in the store on December 20, 2023. I was looking for a rather unique item and the employee was so nice even checking the computer and going out of his way to help. He showed me other options when we came up without the item I needed. You just don’t see that anymore with so many rude people working in customer service and retail. What a little gem of a “ mom and pop” party store too. Please give the gentlemen a shout out. I will visit your store again BECAUSE of the exemplary customer service of the wonderful gentleman. What a cool store! Family owned and has been there for years. It’s a shame that Spirit took up a temporary residence - this place has so much more heart than big box stores. The customer service was amazing and so hands on.

This place is amazing! They had so many cute choices for a gender reveal party that I’m throwing and the employees there were so helpful! Not only were the employees helpful they were SO extremely kind as well!! I will 10/10 be back to get items that I need in the future. I’ve never been to a store where the employees were that kind and helpful, it truly was a great experience! I highly recommend over a chain like party city, this place was wonderful 🥹 I ended up finding exactly what I needed and buying more than I did 🤣

I didn't even know this place was there but I'm glad I stopped in. Everyone there was kind and helpful from the moment I walked in. They had a very nice & reasonably priced selection of Halloween costumes & decor. Best part is that they have all kinds of decorations for any occasion . I'll definitely be going back for all my party and decoration needs. Just had to grab the turkey for Thanksgiving ❤️
