Looking for something specific, I had no luck at the Brandon or Tampa locations. I figured as a last shot I’d take the drive to Spring Hill and wow I am glad I did! Melissa was such a pleasure and assisted me within moments of entering the window dept. She understood exactly what I asked for, and even helped me save money along the way. THANK YOU, Melissa! Next time I need something I will consider taking the drive to this Spring Hill location again.

Great place, mostly amazing staff. I've come across one rude lady in the women's department but that happens, some people are just miserable.

Online shopping is just as great as in-store shopping. Always have great coupons and sales! Best place to shop for what they carry.

I love shopping at JCP. Shop mostly for men's clothes & jewelry. Which they always seem to have some fantastic deals/bargains. But I did buy a queen size mattress on sale with interest free financing. The store is always clean & organized.

Went there to exchange a ring I bought my wife. Staff was very helpful decided on exchanging for earrings instead. Went here again today and the the staff was helpful as usual everything is still good
