Had an issue with a part that was replaced under a year ago. It was covered under warranty, and they were quick to let me know there would be no charge to replace it. It is very nice to find people who stand behind their work and do so with no qualms or equivocation. They have earned my business for the foreseeable future, and I heartily recommend them to anyone who needs drive train repairs or service.

Chris is great to work with. My truck prior to going there had 3 rebuilt transmissions put in all within two years. I asked Chris if he wanted the business knowing that and confidently he said this would be the last one I'd need. Yes it was more than the others, but also came with a 3 year 100K warranty. So far I've put a few trips on it towing a 2 car trailer with no issues. It's been 7-8 months and wanted to circle back and write this review.

We have a food truck with what we thought was a transmission problem. I called to get a price for swapping out a used transmission with low miles that I found at a great price. I called Brooksville Transmission and Chris said he wanted to check the transmission out before we decided to swap it out. We took it in and he found the issue wasn’t the transmission, but a sensor. He ordered the part and got us back on the road in the time frame he promised. Chris and his crew at Brooksville Transmission are the best! They are HONEST with Integrity. THANK YOU CHRIS!

After having spoke with more than 20 shops in my area, Chris at brooksville transmission was the first person to actually physically get up from the office and spend a few with me in my vehicle addressing a few concerns I had with my vehicle. He was very knowledgeable and just seemed like a genuine good person. Will absolutely be going back to him in the future with my vehicle needs. Highly recommend! Thanks again for your time.

I had a transmission replaced in a 2015 Chevy Silverado 1500. I was originally told not to go here because they charged more, but this guy was fantastic! He answered every question I had, he rebuilt my transmission with good quality parts instead of using what the manufacturer used, which is what caused my transmission to go bad in the first place. This includes a 3-year 100,000 mi warranty, and he has you bring your vehicle back in at a thousand miles just to make sure everything is good. I will definitely use this service again, Should I ever have the misfortune of needing my transmission repaired or replaced. Honestly, he charged minutely more than the places who would have put the same junk back in.
