Hands down best thing I’ve done this year is join this gym! Great atmosphere, lovely people, trainers are blessings beyond words. It’s fun! It’s hard work, but they know how to help folks achieve success with the skills they will teach you. Show up ready to work. They’ll provide all you need to know. LOVE IT!!

Love it here. The whole staff is very friendly and inviting. They have everything you need plus more to get your workout done 10/10 would recommend.

The atmosphere in TrueFitPhysiques Studio is extremely welcoming. All trainers are motivating and helpful. Shannon is amazing at what he does and has helped me with my fitness journey. He goes above and beyond not only with personal training but also guidance on what meals are best for my goals. Highly recommend this gym !!

Shannon is great. Always upbeat and knows how to push you without being a drill instructor. More importantly he is great at recognizing small muscle groups and areas where you need improvement and then finding ways to address them. The gym is very clean and never to crowded.

Shannon has 100% completely transformed my life. I lost 100 pounds in right under a year, and he continues to push even harder for me every single day. He motivates me and believes I can do more than what my mind thinks I can. He's constantly pushing me to do better and encouraging me to keep going. Forever grateful at this second chance at life.
