First Coast Dermatology is among the best. I’ve had surgery on my face for melanoma preformed by Dr. Rosario. It was virtually painless and hardly noticeable. Dr Rosario is very hands on and has a great bedside manner. Issues are explained in layman’s terms so I understand. The whole staff is very courteous and professional.

I highly recommend this practice.

I was dreading going to the dermatologist, but this fine physician made me comfortable, and completely confident in his diagnosis. He is quite a noble person.
