Creekfront at Deerwood

I lived here in the early 2000s and found is very comfortable. The natural light in every room and fire place was heaven. The ducks were super cute bonus for my kids. They had awesome amenities and friendly tenants.

I lived in the reserves 2015-2018 (duplex on the NE side) Staff was ALWAYS responsive, helpful, and friendly. Never had a problem with the staff. My apartment was on the old side but had an updated kitchen (great for me) and I'm not too picky. I also had a huge cockroach infestation but I blame my last tenant for that. Took 6 months to finally get rid of them after traps and bait. Didn't bother me as they slowly turned up less. Just handle pest control yourself and if it gets out of hand, I'm sure the staff can help out! PERFECT location since it's close to publix, tinseltown theatre, and St Johns Town Center! I sincerely recommend this place for its location, mid-range price, and excellent staff.

I'm very pleased with everyone that works here. I have been here almost 3years and I would recommend living here to anyone looking for a great and friendly place to live.
