This review is way overdue. We first contacted Elegant Flooring in the fall of 2019 after a botched installation of floors in our entire house. Paul came to inspect the floor and provided some guidance on how to approach the situation with the previous installers. He was gracious and extremely helpful. Eventually, we hired Elegant Flooring in the summer of 2020 as the floors were installed improperly (twice). We knew we were going to be making a huge investment (again), but trusted that Paul and his team would deliver beautiful floors in our home. We weren’t wrong. From the moment we set up a consultation with Nicole, to our first official meeting with Randall, the process was seamless. Once the installation started, Jose, who was the lead person doing the installation ensure that everything was taken care of and that we were happy with the progress. The crew worked from early morning till evening time and through the weekend to complete entire installation. Paul checked in everyday to ensure that we were satisfied with the work being completed. We are so thankful for Paul and the crew at Elegant Flooring – they gave us beautiful floors and made the process enjoyable (which was much needed after two botched installation). If you want an honest, hardworking, and professional team, Elegant Flooring is the company for you.
