Ana is a true client focused manager who listened to what we were looking for, was patient throughout all of our questions, and provided us with the information we needed to make an informed decision. Great customer service is quick, easy, personalized, and empathetic. Ana and Geoff provided us with all of these things. We also went back to take another look at layouts and Geoff helped us. A great place to live! Had to sign a lease quickly without touring due to a new job offer and this place ended up being a lucky find! The apartments are great, the amenities are well kept, and the maintenance and staff are fast to assist with whatever you need!

I love living in the AMLI Covered Bridge apartments. There are a few things that would make my living here easier, but I understand these things take time. The staff has always been wonderfully accommodating. Geoff Ginger and the maintenance woman Sheri (sorry for not knowing her last name) have always answered all my questions or fixed whatever issue I had making me always feel like the priority.

I moved into this apartment just about a month ago and the whole move in process was really smooth. Geoff from the leasing office has been extremely helpful and accommodating of all my requests. The property is also very well maintained and one of the best in the area. Maintenance team is top notch and they resolve most issues promptly.

Lived here a month. Application process, choosing an apartment, move-in were seamless. Very professional and efficient. Location is very convenient. Beautiful setting, quiet for the most part, and very nice, bright, well-appointed apartment. The trash service is seamless and efficient. Any maintenance issues have been handled quickly and efficiently. I am, so far, very pleased with my choice to move to AMLI Covered Bridge.
