I walked into Ashley on a mission for Dining Chairs. An hour later I walked out with a delivery date, a great deal with financing and a wonderful experience with the staff. Jessica was SO efficient and knowledgeable in style with what I was looking for and the feel I wanted for my room. She was kind and I absolutely loved chatting with her. Todd was so great working out the orders of finalizing the details of my order and getting everything into place. He was also efficient and we had great conversation. While I was there I didn’t feel like I was just a sale, I felt welcomed and appreciated. I was on a mission and was delivered to tenfold. I hope Jessica and Todd are recognized not only for their ability and desire to assist me but also for their connection to the client. For building a relationship with your guests. I truly appreciate their outstanding service.

My salesman (Robert) was amazing. He took my wants and needs seriously and was SO helpful. I went to another Ashley store before a month or so ago and had a great experience there too- but this was SO MUCH BETTER. I’ll be back in the future.

Top notch!!! Employees were super friendly and professional. Niezel helped us pick out the perfect mattress and bed frame. She was really patient with our indecisiveness. Financing process was really quick and easy. This is definitely our go-to furniture place in the future!
