Jaime was fantastic to speak with and was very knowledgeable. Quick appointment time and the plumber showed up on time as promised. He was extremely professional and kind. I had a great experience at My Plumbing Co.! The receptionist (Jamie) was pleasant and efficient and scheduled a repair visit for later that same day. The service technician (Dan) was on time, knowledgeable and worked quickly. The cost was MUCH less than I would have paid with a larger company!!
