She always was making sure my form was correct. I wish I didn't live so far away. I miss our sessions...
(February 11, 2021, 6:55 pm)I have had two sessions with Rachel - I had so much fun! I am a total beginner but Rachel was patient and helped me stretch a lot of muscles. Would recommend :D
(February 10, 2021, 3:56 pm)Best Pilates teacher out there!! Rachel worked patiently with me recovering from two major injuries of my shoulder and pelvis. We rebuilt my core strength and stabilized my shoulder! Forever grateful for the time she invested in my recovery! I continue to train with Rachel when I am in the area as work has me moving around a lot unfortunately.
Highly recommend her and she is the most affordable teacher you will find! Won’t break your budget!
