After a snafu with delivery at a large hotel, the manager of the store called and offered a new arrangement or a refund. I was very appreciative of this and sent a new arrangement. The manager had the new arrangement sent right away. The recipient said it was beautiful and they really enjoyed it.

The Mother’s Day platter was a success, thank you so much. Order curbside for my sister to pick up (recipient of the gift) but she wasn’t able to find parking for curbside. Went inside to pick up, took about 15 mins, the workers were busy. They did forget the card. Overall, will order from here for any future gifts.y niece and nephew loved the arrangements. Thanks for the fresh fruit
