We have used them for years for all of our landscape supplies. Have never had a problem with anybody there being rude or unprofessional. I have seen customers come in and be impatient & rude. I went yesterday for a load of pea gravel with no issues. There were 2 people ahead of me but they moved fast to take care of all of us. The prices are also cheap enough to make a trip to the big box stores pointless. As for us we will continue to support this small business.

Don't know where the clowns below me went but it wasn't here. The staff is friendly and helpful. Prices are fair and they always have product in stock. Remember its a rock and sand place not a health spa. Know what you want when you get there, ask questions, you'll get great service.
