First Class Product and incredible Post Sales Support
I've had Naiad stabilizers on multiple boats and swear by the product.
BUT... it is their after sales support that really rocks.
Rarely needing them... after 30 years our current stabilizers needed some love -- and the whole team from Management to their Technicians even Receptionist and Accounting were PHENOMENAL.
Where else can you say that when just needing a service call!?
The guys are responsive, timely and the utmost professionals I've found in any industry. They are exemplary and could serve as the maritime industry role model.
The Naiad team is really an outlier -- KUDO's to the whole team!
