These guys are great, very coutious and respectful to us and to they have made a friend in our grand son. He always wants to take them bottled water when they show up.

Every one of these guys are fantastic - drivers and collectors. Every pickup day they're right on schedule. Even though trash gets smelly, they smile, wave, and say hello including rainy or 100 degree heat index days. I contacted WM when we first moved in the Village of Fenney - the supervisor stopped by and answered questions. That's great service! Yesterday Jahmal C. gave me his card so I could contact the office. I couldn't ask for nicer people. Hope WM continues to take care of this area for years to come.
