Gray's

I called AAA last night regarding my 1979 Mercedes that had broken down in my neighbors driveway. Matt arrived on time, was very courteous and beyond professional! Thank you again!!

I stopped because I was going to need my car towed. Being an AAA member, I was told they couldn't just "show up" where my car was parked; that I needed to call AAA to begin the towing process. I was told by the AAA rep that Gray's Towing, who is the closest AAA garage, could be dispatched or another "associated" garage. It WAS Gray's who showed up. Both the manager at the garage and the driver were friendly, courteous and professional.

Had a dead car battery, called AAA. Rich with Gray's Towing Service responded within the hour. Great service, wonderful to have someone so pleasant & professional !! And he had my car up & running in no time!

This company and the employees here have eased my anxiety. They have been nothing but professional and courteous to me in my situation. From small occurrences like a nail in my tire to a brand new starter for my vehicle, they are top notch. Thank you so much.

My truck broke down just outside of Selbyville, DE. I contacted AAA via the mobile app and when I went to look at the status, Gray's Towing had already dispatched a truck. Brian was the driver and couldn't have been more knowledgeable and friendly. He explained the process and made a bad situation, not so bad. I highly recommend this company and commend Brian on a job well done!
