We had a great experience with Dorian today. Kevin came out (sort of last minute schedule on my part) and was extremely polite, professional and prepared. He got rid of some weird food stains in my daughters room, scrub our steps and made everything feel really fresh and clean. We've used Stanley before but they never really get things down-deep clean; I feel like Corian did. My husband came home and commented right away at how clean & fluffy the carpets looked. Great experience with Persian Rug Cleaning NYC, I had to get my carpet deep cleaned for a movee out on a very specific timeline because of scheduling. Mina was extremely, friendly, helpful and informative. Earlier than expected which was appreciated. He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Joel, the technician, also arrived earlier than we had scheduled after Mina confirmed it was more than okay with me. He was very friendly professional and efficient, my carpets look amazing. Junior was very professional, we had our two sofas cleaned along with my husbands car seats. The sofas are 12 years old and were in desperate need of a deep clean, they now look great!
