My initial thoughts on therapy were always those of apprehension, and skepticism. After being referred to Josh, my first session with him changed my mind. Self improvement is typically difficult, even with guidance. Josh made identifying personal goals and actionable steps towards them much easier. Even after moving from the Northeast to Kentucky, I've refused to see anyone else and still maintain our scheduled meetings via online methods. I wish there was an efficient way to explain how much Josh has helped me in the past 4 years, but there isn't enough space in this review to do so. If there is one thing you should take from this review; it's that if you sit down and speak with Josh once, you'll probably continue to do so for years to come.

Josh provides a calming and welcoming presence that gave me the opportunity to open myself up and explore my world without fear of judgment or appraisal. I looked forward to my sessions and left feeling inspired and refreshed about what lies ahead. He's helped bring me to a better sense of perception and understanding for whatever is on my mind, and for that I'm deeply grateful.

Josh has a true gift for getting to the root of issues and then presenting you with tools to process what you’ve uncovered together. I have healed in ways I never thought possible, and I’ve never been happier or more centered in my entire life. I am eternally grateful for the tools that Josh gave me and the work we did. Sincerely, it has changed my life.
