Golden Valley Health Centers

Hi. My experience at this Golden Valley .Riverbank clinic was great..Doctor Johnson was very delicate on my exams… and She referred me to the right especially test.. I definitely come back here if it necessary… thank you…GVHC…👍🏼

Great service all around. Friendly and Fast. NOTE - This facility shares the property with the school. The “Golden Valley” sign (from the street) is not very noticeable. Don’t miss it. Thank You.

It was very difficult to locate the building in back of the parking lot and the sign in front of the yard was not too noticeable enough to sufficiently be clear to direct people to that establishment. Also, although I had an appointment time and didn’t have to wait too long, the receptionist didn’t speak to me about anything for the information or paperwork or anything required when I came in this first visit. I became very confused and frustrated. The doctor was very nice but rushed so much and did an exam that was so quick and impersonal that I felt like a long line of patients that she had to take care of in a long day. I had serious issues and had such a short time that I was not able to get any type of personal professional care in a short order doctor shop. She asked few questions and then left in a hurry to the next waiting patient. I am a senior citizen and have never had many health issues until now but if I were in the market for a good physician with a good personal health care, I would certainly feel like I had been gipped of a good health care experience which was so very important to me that day.

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a smile. The staff had very positive attitudes and was taken to a room within 2 mins. Dr came in and answered all my concerns and went my tests. I had just a great experience coming to a new Doctor and everyone making you feel at ease.

Dr. Halappa from the Riverbank location is one of the best doctors I’ve seen. She’s very thorough and cares about her patients. I drive from Ceres to see her and there’s a clinic right across the st. from where I live.
