Kayla and Monique are incredible at making the renting process easy and fast! My wife and I are expecting our baby girl and needed to find the perfect place. I got to see some of the beautiful styles and floor plans that Manchester Court has to offer! They really have a great selection and are also DOG FRIENDLY! My fiancé and I have lived here since August of 2018, and we are heading to Oregon later this summer but we would stay if we continued to live in Modesto. I honestly don’t have too many bad complaints about here thus far. Our apartment has been really good to us. We live 3rd floor so we have a huge porch which we love. The only thing is the a/c doesn’t hit our bedroom and bathroom like the living room and kitchen as well as 25% of the wall plugs not working. But the staff has always been really caring and professional!! Every time I’ve had an encounter they have been lovely! I’m only docking a star due to the air and some of the plugs not working. That aside it’s a beautiful modern cozy apartment. Thanks, Manchester Court!
