Had complications with my food but the manager (carlos) was more than willing to help and compensate. Very good service

The food is great, but there is a problem with services. Not so much the employees, but the lack of customization. There is no 2 piece chicken strip meal for an adult and the kid's version cannot be upgraded to a large drink. I continuously have issues with specialty burgers that have double meat. I ask for it to be single patty and I always get the "We cannot do that" response. I got tired of asking so I stopped buying specialty burgers. Or any burger with double meat for that matter.

Heriberto, the chef on Dine In Grill made what I feel was the best burger I ever tasted out of a Whataburger. He deserves a raise for perfecting the grill and having a huge smile while doing so.

Ate here a couple times during a recent trip to Laredo. Service was good and food order was delivered to the table quickly and accurately. Server even came around with a tray of ketchups to choose from. Only issue we had was several days we stopped by for breakfast and they were power washing the drive through. While I appreciate the clean drive through, it left us looking for other breakfast options.
