Dr. Cynthia Lim has been my PCM for over a decade. She is very professional and truly a good listener. Whenever I see her with a health concern, she not only gives me treatment options, but often sends me home with documentation on how to improve my health. Personally, I have never had a better experience with any other doctor. This is why I will continue to visit her office.
Dr. Lim is an outstanding provider. He listens and addresses all of my health concerns. The staff are very courteous and extremely professional. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking top-notch care.
A true family practice. Someone always answers the phone during business hours, and addresses needs same or next day when I am really not feeling well. Since discovering this office my husband changed doctors to Dr. Steve as well. Both Dr. Steve and Dr. Cynthia have even called us themselves after hours or next day to follow up. Almost impossible to find that kind of care these days.
