(June 16, 2022, 5:13 pm)I was really dreading this visit. I had 4 separate issues that could only be dealt with in the office. I had heard the stories of long lines and inefficiencies. I was greeted by the security guard at the door. He courteously gave me the security briefing and then talked me through the check in kiosk. It was easy. There were only two others waiting and by the time I was checked in, there was only 1. I waited about 10 minutes before I was called to a window. The clerk was friendly, capable, and understanding of all my issues. Within 10 minutes, she had all my issues straightened out. It was not at all what I expected. Thanks to these individuals who obviously enjoy their jobs and do it well.
