(December 5, 2018, 8:11 pm)Duane was very courteous on the phone as well in person,he showed up right on time equipped with all necessary tool got right to work and diagnosed my problem in minutes while i spent several hours trying to figure it out on my own. he runs a valuable service for the RV community that is hard to find. I would definitely recommend his services and use him again. If 6 stars were available i would give him 6. Jerry Antioch,Ca.
