We recently had level up realty listed two of our houses to sell. Necole and her team did a good job to sell these two houses. They priced the houses reasonably and negotiated with both buyers and sellers properly. As a result, both of the houses were closed on time. We will work with them again. I will give a five star for their service.

I met Nicole in 2014 by chance, on my drive home from work. I stopped at an open house where shew was the host. She was very friendly, professional and kind.
I hired her to be my realtor, my first house sold in 1 week at asking price😬🙏, then she helped me with the purchase of my second home, which she sold for me 3 years later and recently helped me with the purchase of my retirement home in Napa, we just closed this past Friday! Nicole and her staff are excellent. I was not even sure I was going to list my house until I talked to her staff. They listened, really listened to what my concerns were and how we would handle them going forward. They always communicated to me next steps and got my house on the market and sold for the price I was looking for. Nicole even helped me with some final items that got left at the house which I could not take. It was a tiring experience but made so much easier with them guiding everything.
