  Came for the liberation retreat and had an amazing time. There is definitely a Hindu presence (Hanuman and Ganesh temples) but I never felt out of place as an atheist. Tolerant, welcoming, genuinely kind-hearted group of people. I felt like I was able to really deepen my Asana and meditation practice here, and it felt good for the soul being surrounded by beautiful redwoods and foggy mountains.

  Peaceful natural location for a retreat. I loved being surrounded by the redwoods.

  There are great views of the valley and bay below. There's a Hindu temple dedicated to Hanuman. I really like the natural scenery and there are places here that are so, so quiet and still, especially if the wind is calm. It was hard to stay away from those spots. You may even walk up on a group of deer.

  Wonderful place for a private retreat. The people who live and work there are kind, peaceful, and very welcoming. The vegetarian meals offered are simple but very flavorful, I stayed in a cabin and it was remote enough for quietude but convenient to the restrooms and rest of the facilities.

  A beautiful, welcoming place to visit, take a personal or group retreat. Friendly, warm staff welcome you. The peace and beauty will enter your every pore and you will leave with new found love of life, peace of mind, and joy in your heart. I'm not kidding. It's that wonderful. I cannot wait to return!
