Ming's Palace Restaurant

Finally found a great place with hunan beef in the area! My last go-to place has been closed for a few years now. I'm stoked!

Solid! Very good overall. Tasty, bold choices, lots of variety, and expedient service. Delivery through Doordash as of Jan 2021. Decent all around restaurant, for sure.

Met the owner when it first opened. Ate there a few times, but then moved out of town. After about 9 years I came back, and the owner remembered what I liked. Blows me away that this place hasn't made at least the local news. It's got it's own style and taste, but still the flavors you hope to get. Very nice experience here. Probably one of the best Chinese food options in Santa Cruz.

Ming's Palace is an amazing restaurant. Their food doest feel as "heavy" as other Chinese restaurants. Additionally my wife has a garlic allergy and they make her food without garlic upon request. They are hospitable and understanding and their food is delicious. In my opinion they are the best Chinese restaurant in the county.
