Buckingham Place Apartments

I recently visited this apartment community and I was really impressed. The building manager Julia is extremely kind and nice to work with. She is very accommodating of her tenants requests, she was very prompt in following up with us and at the outset this community feels very welcoming and well maintained. I would encourage folks looking around to pay a visit.

This apartment is really excellent. In 7years my US life, I never face any critical issues and complaints.
If I did not have to relocate due to job, I must keep living in this apartment
Community is always kept clean, Community Manager is so friendly, kindly and responsible, the Handyman resolve all the issue very quickly, looks no trouble he cannot fix.
I strongly recommend to choose this apartment if you plan to live anywhere in this area.

This is a great place for families. My husband and I recently relocated here from the midwest with our kids and we have absolutely loved it. The property management staff is amazing, the grounds are very well kept, maintenance issues are always addressed right away and they really go above and beyond to make the property feel like home. It also has the added benefit of being in Santa Clara, but in the Campbell-Union School District!

Management and Maintenance is very responsive and helpful. Community is quiet and disciplined. The only problem we have that we have a 3 bedroom apt and only one assigned parking.
